Manager of Catalyst & Technology Sales

 

BSChE mandatory and10 yrs related experience in the refining industry plus 3 yrs of managerial/supervision experience, familiar with SAP and computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage all sales & Marketing activities for applicable catalyst & technology sales and gathers market information for planning and strategy purposes, communicates the trends in the marketplace to Research and Development and counterparts of the company, provides input on catalysts and technology development programs, collects and disseminates competitor information, market statistics and industry trends, prioritizes technology projects and catalyst sales in order to meet sales objectives and maximize the profits of the company with available resources, develops and maintains relationships with corporate clients, ensures that department employees are trained in safety and follow company policies as well as customer guidelines, analyzes sales statistics to adjust pricing and market strategy, provides market information to assist salespeople in promoting sales, calls on and visits potential and existing customers, through both joint and individual customer visits and is responsible for marketing of products through participation in trade shows, exhibits, and advertisements and industry conferences while developing and maintaining network within relevant industries. Hydroprocessing experience is also necessary for this position.
